Churro Dough Preparation

Add Flour
Remove the saucepan from the heat and quickly stir in the flour until a dough forms. Return to medium heat, stirring constantly for about 1-2 minutes until the dough pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Cool and Mix in Eggs
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract until smooth.

Prepare the Coating
In a medium bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined. Set aside.
Chocolate Sauce Preparation

Make the Chocolate Sauce
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and melted. Set aside.
Strawberry Sauce Preparation

Make the Strawberry Sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine fresh strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries break down and the sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Blend if a smoother texture is desired. Set aside.

Pipe and Fry the Churros
Transfer the churro dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Carefully pipe strips of dough into the hot oil, cutting them to your desired length. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
