Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, cover with another piece of foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours or until tender.

  4. 4

    Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and brush a generous amount of BBQ sauce over the top. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for 10 minutes, then cut into portions and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
