1. Prepare the Chicken Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the Oil
In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).
3. Fry the Wings
Carefully add the chicken wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried wings with your choice of sauce until evenly coated.
5. Serve
Plate the wings and serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks on the side.
