1. Prepare the Broth

While the broth is simmering, cook the pho noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. Assemble the Pho
In a bowl, place a portion of the cooked pho noodles. Top with slices of rare beef and brisket. Pour the hot broth over the noodles and meat to cook the rare beef slightly.
4. Garnish the Pho
Garnish with chopped cilantro, fresh basil leaves, bean sprouts, and sliced chili peppers. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
