Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Saucing

  1. 4

    Prepare the BBQ Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

  2. 5

    Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

In another saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add hot sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  3. 6

    Prepare the Dry Rub

In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. 7

    Sauce the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven. For BBQ, toss in BBQ sauce until well coated. For Buffalo, toss in Buffalo sauce until evenly covered. For Dry Rub, sprinkle the dry rub over wings and toss until coated.
