Method

Crust Preparation

  1. 1

    Activate the Yeast

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dough

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the activated yeast mixture and olive oil.

  3. 3

    Knead the Dough

Mix the ingredients until a dough forms. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. 4

    Let the Dough Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Assembling the Pizza

  1. 5

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

  2. 6

    Roll Out the Dough

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer it to a floured surface. Roll it out to fit your pizza stone or baking sheet.

  3. 7

    Add Sauce and Cheese

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

  4. 8

    Add the Meat Toppings

Evenly distribute pepperoni slices, Canadian bacon, crumbled Italian sausage, seasoned ground beef, and crispy bacon over the cheese.

  5. 9

    Bake the Pizza

Transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone). Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

  6. 10

    Slice and Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
