Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure the wings are evenly coated.

Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the chicken wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
