Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Arrange the Wings

Place the coated wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Make sure there is space between each wing for even cooking.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Preparation of Sauces

  1. 4

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, whisk in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Set aside.

  2. 5

    BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Mix well until combined.

  3. 6

    Spicy BBQ Sauce

Mix the prepared BBQ sauce with hot sauce and honey in a bowl until well combined.

  4. 7

    Rodzilla Sauce

In a bowl, mix the prepared buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth and well blended.

Coating the Wings

  1. 8

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Choose your sauce: toss the wings in the buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, spicy BBQ sauce, or Rodzilla sauce until well coated.

Serving

  1. 9

    Serve the Wings

Serve the wings hot with your choice of dipping sauces and sides like celery sticks and carrots.
