Method

Preparation of Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are not touching. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and fully cooked.

Making the Sauces

  1. 4

    Prepare Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 5

    Prepare BBQ Sauce

In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.

  3. 6

    Prepare Spicy BBQ Sauce

In another bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and smoked paprika until well blended.

  4. 7

    Prepare Rodzilla Sauce

In a small bowl, combine sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Whisk together until smooth.

Tossing and Serving

  1. 8

    Toss with Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, Spicy BBQ, or Rodzilla) over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.

  2. 9

    Serve

Serve the wings hot with your favorite dipping sauces and celery sticks on the side.
