Marinating Chicken

In a large bowl, mix together buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and ensure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Fry in hot oil for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.
Assembling Sandwich

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with a fried chicken breast, pickles, and a generous amount of coleslaw. Place the top half of the bun over the sandwich.
