Prepare the Rim
Combine the coarse salt and granulated sugar on a small plate. Rub the lime wedge around the rim of a chilled glass and then dip the rim into the salt and sugar mixture to coat it evenly.

Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Sauza silver tequila, passion fruit juice, fresh lime juice, triple sec, and ice. Shake well until chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
