Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge the chicken wings in the mixture until fully coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Fry wings in batches for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Toss in Sauce
Toss the fried wings in Crystal hot sauce and serve with blue cheese dressing on the side.

Prepare the Pecan Mixture
In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Wings
Toss the second batch of chicken wings in honey, then coat evenly with the pecan mixture.

Bake the Wings
Place the coated wings on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes until crispy and caramelized.
