    Prepare the Ingredients

    Slice the rosemary ham, piquillo peppers, and mushrooms. Mince the garlic.

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add the Mushrooms and Spinach

    Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they are soft. Then add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

    Combine with Ham and Peppers

    Add the sliced rosemary ham and piquillo peppers to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

    Sprinkle the fontina cheese over the mixture and cover the skillet. Allow it to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
