Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ham

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart.

  2. 2

    Make the Glaze

In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, rosemary, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix well to form a glaze.

  3. 3

    Apply the Glaze

Rub the glaze all over the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts.

  4. 4

    Bake the Ham

Place the ham on a roasting rack in a roasting pan. Pour water into the bottom of the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes per pound, basting with the pan juices every 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Check for Doneness

The ham is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).

  6. 6

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
