Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

2

Marinate the Seafood

Place the seasonal fish fillets and shrimp in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the seafood, ensuring they are well coated. Cover or seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).

4

Grill the Seafood

Remove the seafood from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the fish fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.

5

Serve

Once cooked, remove the seafood from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
