Method
Cooking Shrimp

Prepare Shrimp
Rinse the Argentinian shrimp under cold running water to clean them. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Add 1 tsp of salt to the boiling water.

Cook Shrimp
Once the water is boiling, add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

Drain and Chill
Remove the shrimp from the pot and drain them in a colander. Allow them to cool slightly.
Making Salsa Rosa

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of ketchup, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 tsp of hot sauce.

Season
Mix well until smooth. Taste and add salt as needed, adjusting according to preference.
Serving

Plate Shrimp
Arrange the warm shrimp on a serving platter.

Add Salsa Rosa
Serve with the salsa rosa drizzled over the shrimp or on the side for dipping.

Garnish
Finely chop the fresh parsley and sprinkle over the shrimp for garnish.
