Preparation of Coffee Base

Brew the Espresso
Using an espresso machine, brew 2 shots of espresso and pour them into a shaker.

Add Sugar
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the hot espresso while it is still warm. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add Ice Cubes
Fill the shaker with 1 cup of ice cubes, covering the espresso mixture.
Shaking and Serving

Shake the Mixture
Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is frothy and chilled.

Strain and Serve
Open the shaker and strain the mixture into a chilled glass, leaving the ice behind.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder on top and add 3 coffee beans for garnish.
