In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the halved yellow grape tomatoes and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate and the flavors to meld.

Stir in the fish stock and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
