Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the Kumato tomatoes and fresh basil leaves under running water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Slice the Tomatoes
Cut each Kumato tomato into thick slices. Aim for about 1/2 inch thickness for a good bite.

Slice the Mozzarella
Cut the buffalo mozzarella into similar thick slices, about 1/2 inch thick.
Assembly

Layer the Ingredients
On a large serving plate, arrange a slice of Kumato tomato, followed by a slice of buffalo mozzarella, and then a fresh basil leaf. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used, alternating between tomato, mozzarella, and basil.

Drizzle with Olive Oil
Once all the ingredients are layered nicely, drizzle the Primolio Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top of the assembled Caprese.

Season to Taste
If desired, sprinkle a teaspoon of salt and some freshly cracked black pepper over the salad to enhance the flavors.
