1. Prepare the Green Beans

Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends.

2. Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

3. Flash Fry the Beans

Add the green beans to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain.
