Mix the Drink
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour the rye whiskey, amaro, agave syrup, and dashes of bitters.

Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.

Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
