Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Seafood Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, shrimp, and crawfish tails. Add Old Bay seasoning and mix gently.

Make the Béchamel Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the béchamel sauce until heated through. Stir in half of the provolone and mozzarella cheeses until melted and combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the béchamel cheese mixture over the seafood mixture and stir until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the seafood and béchamel mixture into a greased baking dish.

Top with Cheese
Sprinkle the remaining provolone and mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your South Street Seaport dish!
