Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and ensure the shrimp are peeled and deveined. Slice the andouille sausage and chop the fresh parsley.

Sauté the Sausage
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced andouille sausage and sauté until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add Garlic and Shrimp
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
