Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
- 2
Prepare the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Add Sauce and Cheese
Spread the Italian plum tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- 4
Add Meat Toppings
Evenly distribute the pepperoni slices, crumbled Italian sausage, prosciutto, and Genoa salami over the cheese.
- 5
Season the Pizza
Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- 6
Bake the Pizza
Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- 7
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice and serve hot.
