Sauté the Garlic
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Seasonings
Pour in the crushed tomatoes, then add the dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. Add more salt, pepper, or sugar to balance the flavors.
