In a blender, combine the ice cream, whole milk, and malt powder. Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little more whole milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Pour the malt into a tall glass. If desired, top with whipped cream and drizzle with cherry or chocolate syrup.
