Make the Herbed Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine the cubed French bread, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, and salt. Toss until the bread is evenly coated. Spread the croutons on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.

Prepare the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the lettuce evenly.

Serve
Top the salad with the remaining Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper. Add the herbed croutons on top and serve immediately.
