Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, chipotle peppers in adobo, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Add Seasonings
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Simmer the Sauce
Heat the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer, then reduce to low heat. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Adjust Flavor
Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you want it spicier, add more chipotle peppers or some hot sauce.
