Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pasta
Cook the spaghetti or ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

Make the Sauce
Pour in the marsala wine and bring to a simmer. Stir to combine and let it reduce for about 3-4 minutes.

Combine and Serve
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it in the sauce. Serve over the cooked spaghetti or ziti, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
