Glass & Garnish

- 2
Place 6 ice cubes into the glass, filling roughly half to three-quarters full depending on cube size. The ice chills without overly diluting the mineral water.
- 3
Cut a lime wedge and set aside for garnish. If using mint, lightly clap the sprig between your palms to release aroma and set aside.
Beverage

Add optional flavoring
If you prefer a subtly flavored Perrier, add 15 ml (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice and 1 teaspoon simple syrup or honey into the chilled glass over the ice. Stir briefly to combine and dissolve the sweetener. If you want plain Perrier, skip this step.
- 5
Top with Perrier
Slowly pour 250 ml chilled Perrier over the ice (pouring down a spoon or the inside of the glass reduces excessive foaming). Fill to just below the rim, leaving room for the garnish.
- 6
Give the drink a gentle stir once to integrate flavors without losing too much carbonation.
- 7
Garnish with the lime wedge on the rim and optionally tuck the mint sprig into the drink for aroma. Serve immediately while bubbly.
