Preparation of Seafood

Clean the Snapper
Rinse the whole snapper under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Make three diagonal cuts on each side of the fish to allow for even cooking.

Prepare the Lobster and Shrimp
Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise, and devein the shrimp if necessary. Rinse and pat dry.

Marinate Seafood
Brush the marinade generously over the snapper, lobster, and shrimp. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Snapper
Place the marinated snapper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Grill the Lobster and Shrimp
While the snapper is baking, heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the lobster and shrimp for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
Serving

Plating
Transfer the snapper to a serving platter, arrange the grilled lobster and shrimp around it. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
