Method

Preparation of Seafood

  1. 1

    Clean the Snapper

Rinse the whole snapper under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Make three diagonal cuts on each side of the fish to allow for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster and Shrimp

Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise, and devein the shrimp if necessary. Rinse and pat dry.

Marinating

  1. 3

    Create Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.

  2. 4

    Marinate Seafood

Brush the marinade generously over the snapper, lobster, and shrimp. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 6

    Bake the Snapper

Place the marinated snapper on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 7

    Grill the Lobster and Shrimp

While the snapper is baking, heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the lobster and shrimp for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plating

Transfer the snapper to a serving platter, arrange the grilled lobster and shrimp around it. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
