Blend the Base Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it. Make sure to leave some space for garnishes.

Garnish the drink with a wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass and place a maraschino cherry on top. Sprinkle shredded coconut over the drink for an added tropical touch.
