Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes, approximately 1 inch in size.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the bread is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.

Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through to ensure even browning.
Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
