Poke Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions until well combined.

Marinate the Tuna
Add the diced Ahi tuna to the marinade and gently mix to coat the tuna. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Crispy Wontons

Fry the Wontons
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the wonton wrappers in the oil, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serving

Assemble the Dish
To serve, place a generous portion of the marinated tuna in a bowl, top with diced avocado and cucumber, and garnish with additional sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve with crispy wontons on the side.
