1. Prep the Ingredients
Chop the onion, garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and carrot. Cube the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

2. Sauté the Base

Stir in the fresh spinach and drained chickpeas. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the spinach is wilted and everything is heated through.
