    Prepare the Fruits

    Cut the honeyloupe melon in half, scoop out the seeds, and then scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Remove the rind from the watermelon and chop it into small pieces.

    Blend the Mixture

    In a blender, combine the honeyloupe melon flesh, watermelon pieces, honey, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

    Freeze the Sorbet

    Pour the blended mixture into a shallow dish or a loaf pan. Cover and freeze for about 4 hours, or until solid.

    Serve

    Once frozen, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
