Pasta and Sauce

Method

Preparation Steps

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the campanelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain the rest. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3

Add Lobster and Lemon

Add the cooked lobster meat to the skillet, followed by the Meyer lemon juice and zest. Stir to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the lobster is warmed through.

4

Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained campanelle to the skillet. Toss gently, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired creaminess is achieved.

5

Finish with Basil

Remove from heat, stir in fresh basil leaves, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
