Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.

Sauté the Spinach
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Brush the remaining olive oil on both sides of the Portobello mushrooms. Place them on a baking sheet, gill side up. Spoon the filling mixture evenly into each mushroom cap.
