Appetizers
- 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, and 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper. Stir until evenly distributed.
- 3
Scoop heaping tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each mound about 2 inches apart. Gently press each mound with the back of a spoon to form flat rounds approximately 2 inches in diameter.
- 4
Bake for 6-8 minutes, watching closely for edges to turn golden brown and centers to melt. Remove from oven when done.
- 5
Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes to set, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely and become crisp.
