    Mix the Spice Ingredients

    In a small bowl, combine the celery salt, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and dill. Mix well and set aside.

    Prepare the Rim

    In a small dish, combine the finely chopped roasted red bell pepper, minced garlic, and salt. Mix until well combined.

    Rim the Glass

    Moisten the rim of your glass with lemon juice, then dip it into the roasted red pepper and garlic mixture to coat the rim.

Cocktail Assembly

    Combine Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine Clamato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and the house-made Caesar spice mix.
