Prep
- 1
Wash and trim produce
Thoroughly wash all fruits and vegetables under cold water. Peel citrus and pineapple, core apples, trim carrot and beet ends, and peel ginger if using.
- 2
Cut to size
Chop larger items (apples, pineapple, beets, carrots, cucumber) into pieces that will fit comfortably into your juicer chute or blender (roughly 1–2 inch pieces). Tear mint leaves from stems.

Blend to liquefy
Place the chopped base fruit/vegetable and complementary produce in the blender. Add 1/4 cup cold water or coconut water to help blending. Blend on high until fully liquefied, 45–90 seconds depending on blender power.
- 7
Strain (optional for smoother juice)
Place a fine mesh strainer over a pitcher or use a nut milk bag. Pour the blended mixture through, using the back of a spoon to press solids and extract as much liquid as possible. Discard or save the pulp for another use (baking, compost).

Finish and serve
- 9
Pour the fresh juice into a glass. Garnish with a mint sprig, a thin citrus slice, or a small grated piece of ginger if desired. Consume immediately for best flavor and nutrient retention; refrigerate any leftovers in a sealed container for up to 24–48 hours and shake before serving.
