- 1
Prepare Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- 2
Marinate Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to let flavors infuse.
- 3
Cook Shrimp
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Once shimmering, add the marinated shrimp (reserve any remaining marinade) in a single layer. Cook 2-3 minutes on the first side until pink and opaque, then flip and cook another 1-2 minutes.
- 4
Glaze with Marinade
If you reserved extra marinade, pour it into the pan and simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened, coating the shrimp.
- 5
Finish and Serve
Remove from heat. Garnish with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds. Serve immediately with rice or vegetables.
