Brew the green tea
Boil 250 ml of water. Remove from heat and steep 2 teaspoons of green tea leaves for 2–3 minutes. Strain and set the tea aside to cool.

Prepare the fruit
Wash, hull, and chop 0.5 cup strawberries and 1 cup mango.

Flavor the tea
When the tea is warm, stir in 1 tablespoon honey and 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional). Let the tea cool to room temperature.

Chill the tea
Place the brewed tea in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until cold.

Make the fruit-milk blend
Blend the strawberries and mango until smooth. In a separate container, mix in 0.5 cup milk with the fruit puree.

Assemble and chill
In a shaker, combine the cooled tea with the fruit-milk blend. Add ice and shake 6–8 seconds to chill.

Serve
Pour into glasses. Garnish with a strawberry half or mango slice if desired, and serve immediately.
