Brew tea
Add 2 teaspoons Japanese black tea leaves to the boiling water and steep for 3–4 minutes, depending on desired strength.

Strain tea
Strain or remove the tea leaves from the hot tea to prevent over-steeping and bitterness.

Warm milk
Gently warm 200 ml Hokkaido milk until steaming (do not boil) to help blend with the tea.

Serve
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve hot for a cozy cup. For a cold version, chill the tea briefly and serve over ice.
