Measure and heat water
Measure 2 cups of water and bring to a near-boil (just before the rolling boil).

Brew the green tea
Place 2 green tea bags in a heatproof jug or teapot and pour the hot water over them. Steep for 3-4 minutes, then remove the tea bags.

Infuse citrus
Add grapefruit slices (2 slices) and orange slices (2 slices) to the warm tea to release citrus oils. Let steep for 1-2 minutes.

Sweeten
Stir in 1 tablespoon honey until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

Prepare serving glasses
Fill two glasses with ice cubes (about 3-4 cubes per glass).

Assemble and garnish
Pour the citrus-infused tea over the ice. Garnish with additional grapefruit and orange slices and a few mint leaves. Serve immediately.
