Cheese Fresh Tea
Method
Cheese Fresh Tea
- 1
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
- 2
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture to create a light cheese mousse with a pale, airy texture.
- 3
Rinse the black grapes and pat dry. If any grapes are large, cut them in half to expose the juicy interiors.
- 4
To assemble, spoon a generous layer of the cheese mousse into four serving glasses or small bowls.
- 5
Top each portion with an even layer of prepared grapes, then drizzle with honey.
- 6
Sprinkle sliced almonds over the top for crunch.
- 7
Chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving to let flavors meld slightly and to firm the mousse.
