Pork Chop Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork Chops

Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are glowing and covered with ash.

  4. 4

    Grill the Pork Chops

Remove the pork chops from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the juices run clear.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the grill and allow them to rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
