Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Check Consistency
If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency. Blend again if necessary.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple slice, and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
