Boil the Water
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.

Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 tsp of Earl Grey tea leaves. Allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you want the tea.

Add Lemon Zest
After steeping, strain the tea into a teapot or a cup. Stir in 1 tsp of lemon zest to infuse the tea with a bright citrus aroma.

Add Lemon Juice
Pour in 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice to enhance the flavor and add a refreshing tang.

Optional Lavender
If desired, add 1 tsp of dried lavender to the tea for an extra floral note, stirring gently.

Pour the tea into cups and enjoy hot. Optionally, garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of lavender.
