Cook the Tilapia
Season the tilapia fillets with blackening seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and flake the fish.

Make the Red-Chile Tomatillo Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the diced tomatillos and red chili powder. Cook over medium heat until the tomatillos are soft and the mixture is combined, about 5 minutes. Blend if desired for a smoother consistency.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet. Fill each tortilla with flaked tilapia, a spoonful of mango salsa, and drizzle with red-chile tomatillo sauce.

Serve the tacos immediately with extra salsa and sauce on the side.
